What is the Virtual Queue for Character Encounters?
A.
Some Character Encounters at Disneyland Paris require joining a Virtual Queue available primarily via the Disneyland Paris Mobile App or with a Cast Member at the entrance of the Character Encounter you wish to enjoy. You can join on the day of your visit, after your ticket has been scanned at the Park entrance and is subject to availability. Guests must join the Virtual Queue in order to access these experiences.

- Only one Virtual Queue booking can be held at a time. You may book a new slot once your previous one is over (subject to availability).
- You may join up to 5 Virtual Queues per day.
- Each Character Encounter with a Virtual Queue can only be joined once per day.
- A maximum of 6 Guests can be included per booking (excluding children under 3 years old who do not require a ticket/booking).
- You may book a new slot if you cancel your current one.
- Booking waves open several times a day.
- Guests with a 1-Park ticket may only book Virtual Queues for Character Encounters in the Park they have entered.
- As with all Character Encounters at Disneyland Paris, capacity is limited at the time of your arrival.
