Characters at Disneyland Paris

Character Encounters take place at locations throughout the Disney Parks. When it's your turn, you can interact with the Character, ask for an autograph and take a photo individually or as a group.​

For certain Character Encounters, you must join a Virtual Queue on the day of your visit, available primarily via the Disneyland Paris Mobile App or with a Cast Member at the entrance of the chosen Encounter. For Character Dining, advance booking is essential via the Disneyland Paris Mobile App or by calling +33 1 60 30 40 50 (international call rates apply, cost may vary according to network). These experiences are very popular, so we recommend booking early.​

​If you're staying at Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, you can book a Heroic Encounter at the Super Hero Station via the Disneyland Paris Mobile App or at the hotel reception (subject to availability).

Check the time and locations of the Character Encounters on our official Disneyland Paris mobile app. And keep an eye out for Characters as you walk round the Disney Parks... they sometimes make surprise appearances!

You can get a PhotoPass card from any Disney PhotoPass photographer inside the Disney Parks. The card will be provided to you free of charge. You can then view your photos at one of our many Disney PhotoPass sales points in our Disney Parks, Disney Hotels, and Disney Village, or directly online at www.disneyphotopass.eu. All the photos you purchase will be available for download for 1 year.
