The conditions for the cancellation and modification of a reserved viewing area purchase depend on where you made your reserved viewing area purchase and your arrival date.

If there is a pre-show scheduled for your visit date in addition to your chosen nighttime show, you can also enjoy it from your reserved viewing area. This pre-show may be cancelled for whatever reason, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation for your reserved viewing area purchase.

Each reserved viewing area ticket is for a single named Guest only and therefore cannot be transferred to someone else.

For our nighttime show Disney Cascade of Lights in Disney Adventure World, the reserved viewing area is located on a terrace below The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge.
