Guests staying at a Disney Hotel, Les Villages Nature Paris, or with a Disneyland Pass Gold can enter one or both Disney Parks before the official opening time. ​

You can check in at all Disney Hotels any time on the day you arrive (except for Les Villages Nature Paris where check-in begins at 10am.) Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Your room will be available from 3pm* onwards.

If you arrive before your room is ready, you can collect your Disney Park Tickets from Reception, then head to the Disney Parks.

*Except Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris where rooms will be available from 4pm.

For Disney Hotels, after 11am your key will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access your room. You don't need to physically check out at Reception. The Hotel will take any remaining payments automatically and close your account. You can review your bill in your room, directly on your television.

Leave your bags at the Hotel
You can leave your bags at your Disney Hotel's Left Luggage room (open 24 hours). Please note: Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris do not offer this service.

Use the Hotel Luggage Service
In certain Disney Hotels there is a luggage service, please ask at Reception for more information.

Coming by car?
In order to reduce wait times and avoid over-crowding at the Left Luggage room, we recommend you leave your suitcases in the boot of your car at your Disney Hotel.

At the moment, you can change or cancel your Disney Hotel+Tickets package without fees (excluding insurance if applicable) anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date. See our dedicated page for more details.
