Our Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise applies to Disney Hotel + Tickets packages purchased through DisneylandParis.com or our Disney experts. ​

Our Price Match Promise is only valid for packages with a stay at Disneyland Hotel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe or Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. ​

Our Price Match Promise also applies to Disney Meal Plans purchased in advance as part of the same booking. The lower price must be for the same package, i.e. the same dates, duration of stay, number and age of Guests (adults and children), hotel and room type, modification/cancellation conditions, and Disney Meal Plan (if applicable). Your package must be purchased as part of a single booking. ​

Any other options (Disney Express Luggage Transfer, Magical Shuttle transfer service, Disney PhotoPass™+, Dining or Breakfast with Disney Characters, Disney Premier Access Ultimate, etc.) are not eligible for a refund.

The lower price must be found within 24 hours of making your booking through DisneylandParis.com or our Disney experts. The lower price must be found in the same currency ($) and offered for the same region as where you made your booking (localised website or physical store located in that region). You must claim your refund within 72 hours of booking.

Our Price Match Promise applies to Disney Hotel + Tickets packages that are on general sale. It does not apply to group rates (leisure or business). Special rates offered to specific groups, such as loyalty programs requiring a membership card, travel agent offers, rates for Disneyland Paris Cast Members, and Disney Hotel + Tickets packages available through a Workers' Council, are also excluded from our Price Match Promise.

If your request meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, you may claim a refund by completing our dedicated online form within 72 hours of booking. You must provide proof of the lower price (a screenshot or price quote with the date and time taken within 24 hours of booking) with the following details:

Proof of the lower price for Disney Hotel + Tickets packages must include the date, length of stay, hotel name, room type, number and age of Guests (adults and children), any options (the price of each option must be visible), and the modification/cancelation conditions.

For Disney Hotel + Tickets packages, if your claim meets our criteria, a refund will be issued in one of two ways:
- A refund of the difference if the package has been settled in full (using the same payment method at the moment of booking or via bank transfer).​
- A deduction of the amount on the remaining balance (if applicable).​
Following a successful claim, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the new lower price of your booking.​ Disneyland Paris reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise at any time.
